Our Policy
The purpose of this policy is to establish a framework within which all purchases of flooring products and services will be made:
- Please note: Your order will be progress after we received your 40% deposit. The initial deposit is required to ensure that we can arrange our shipment and labour arrangement for all flooring deliverables and also for installation to be conducted on time.
- Cancellation: Any cancellation made in 48 hours or less prior to the installation will be subject to 10% restocking fee.
